New home construction
Ground-up custom and spec homes: site clearing and grading, foundations and slabs, structural masonry or framing, roofing, mechanical rough-ins, and full interior finishes.

Second-story & room additions
Adding square footage to an existing home: engineered foundations and columns, concrete block or framed walls, tie beams, new roof structure, and tying the new mechanical, electrical and plumbing into what is already there.

Structural work & shoring
Removing walls, widening openings, replacing failed beams, and installing structural steel columns and headers, shored and built to engineered drawings before the original structure is disturbed.

Whole-home renovations
Full interior gut renovations: demolition, layout changes, new electrical and plumbing, impact windows and doors, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim, paint and final finishes on a coordinated schedule.

Process
From first walkthrough to final punch list
The four stages a project moves through.

01 Walkthrough & scope
A site visit, followed by a written scope of work stating what is included, what is not, and the expected timeline.

02 Estimate & contract
A line-item estimate with allowances stated. The contract, schedule of values and payment milestones are agreed before work begins.

03 Scheduling & build
The work is sequenced and the trades coordinated on a set schedule, with a single point of contact for the project and regular progress updates.

04 Closeout & warranty
A final walkthrough, completion of the punch list, and warranty documentation for the work and the installed equipment.
